Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Isha Fashion Studio, we value your trust and strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. Each saree is carefully inspected, securely packed, and shipped to maintain the highest standards of quality and authenticity.

1. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

We kindly request customers to carefully review all order details—including product description, size, color, and delivery address—before confirming payment.

2. Return Policy

We follow a strict No Return Policy due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our sarees.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:

  • Color, fabric, or design not matching personal preference

  • Change of mind after purchase

Exception:

Returns will be reviewed only if the product received is damaged or defective.

To raise a return request, the following conditions must be met:

  • A clear unboxing video must be shared, showing:

    • The sealed parcel

    • The saree being opened

    • The visible damage or defect

  • The Order ID must be mentioned in the video or accompanying message

  • The video and details must be shared immediately upon delivery

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued once an order is confirmed and processed.

However, in rare cases where a damaged or incorrect item is verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same or similar product, or

  • A refund to the original payment method (only if replacement is unavailable)

Please note:

  • Shipping, handling, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification
